Blueprint Health (operated by Blueprint Health YEG Inc.) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers blueprint-health.ca and our online booking pages. How we handle health information in your clinical care is covered by the consent and privacy information you receive when you become a client.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form or request a first session, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
- Booking information. Online appointments are booked through Jane App, our clinic management software. Information you provide when booking is stored by Jane on our behalf. Jane’s own privacy policy also applies.
- Website usage information. Like most websites, we automatically collect information such as pages visited, the site that referred you, device and browser type, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, and Google Ads to show ads to people looking for physiotherapy and massage therapy. To measure which ads lead to bookings, our website and our Jane booking pages use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking. This tells us that a booking followed an ad click. Jane removes names and health details before any booking event is sent to Google.

You can turn off personalized ads at Google Ad Settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run our clinic and website, such as Jane App (bookings and records), Google (analytics and advertising), our website host, our email delivery service, and Cloudflare (spam protection on our forms). These providers may store information outside Alberta or Canada. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law and our professional regulatory requirements.
Protecting your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
